The web address (URL) of the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform will change on 22 September 2022.
The new web address to log in will be https://s2c.mercell.com, replacing https://hub.negometrix.com.
At the same time, notifications from the platform will be sent by noreply@s2c.mercell.com.
What this means for you
You won’t experience any issues due to this technical change. After the change, visitors of outdated web addresses will automatically be redirected.
New Service Desk email address
The email address of our customer support in the EU is now support-nl@mercell.com. Emails sent to the old address, will be automatically forwarded.
What you can do right now
It’s important to whitelist or add noreply@s2c.mercell.com to your contacts (perhaps with the help of local IT Support).
Additional information has been shared with organisations who have a Single Sign-On or API implementation setup. Contact your account manager in case you have not received this.

Intake Management
- Will I have to change our web address of the intake form?
- No, the web address will automatically change. We advise to updated other locations where you shared the old web address. Old web address will redirect automatically.
Tender Management
- What will happen to the connection with TenderNed and TED?
- Nothing will change there. A web address published on TED and TenderNed before the change, will redirect automatically.
- Will I have to update our templates?
- Yes, in case you mention old web addresses in there, please update them after the update. The same holds for the email address of our support. Old web address will redirect automatically.
- What will happen to the web address used in invites to our suppliers?
- After the update, new invites will automatically include the new web address. Old web address will redirect automatically.
- What will happen to our web addresses on our own websites?
- We strongly advise you to update these web addresses after the update. Old web address will redirect automatically.
