You can give suppliers the ability to submit multiple quotations.

Within a solicitation, navigate to the Properties tab on the lefthand menu and scroll down to Type. Here you may go into edit mode and select "Yes'"next to "Allow multiple offers".

By default, 'No' is checked here.

There is no system limit for the number of quotations that providers can submit.
