Automatically sent e-mails come from noreply@s2c.mercell.com. You cannot respond to them.

If you have not received an email, the following factors may be a cause:


  • Check your spam filter or unwanted mail in your Inbox.
  • Make sure you are sending the message to the correct e-mail address.
  • It is possible that your company network has been logged out too tightly, preventing no-reply.
  • You can add noreply@s2c.mercell.com as an exception in the spam filter settings of your Inbox.
