When you add colleagues and any co-administrator(s) to the organization profile you can set user rights. This article tells you how to create a colleague group and set all or certain user rights for them.



For administrator(s)

  • Go to User rights on the left side of the menu and click on the heading Administrators
  • Click the profile of the colleague in question
  • Scroll to the User rights column and you will see four sections for which you can set rights
    • Organization
    • Organization folder
    • Process management
    • Tenders
  • Use the dropdown arrow on the right side of each item to get to a list of user rights
  • Then select the check box of the user right you want to assign to the colleague
  • Click on Save to finish



For colleagues

  • Go to User rights on the left side of the menu and click on the heading Empty group
  • Change the name of the group with the pencil icon behind Empty group, you can give it a name of its own
  • Click on Add and select colleagues that you want to add to this group
  • Next go to the User rights column and for each item click on the drop down arrow on the right and select the rights you want to assign to the group
  • Click on Save
